Do pay-as-you-go credits expire?
They stay valid for 6 months from your most recent purchase. Subscription credits reset each billing cycle.
What does 1 credit get me?
1 credit = a single-market label scan. A claim audit is 0.3 credits and a formula check is 0.2 credits per ingredient (minimum 0.4). Free tools never cost credits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing dashboard — access continues to the end of the current period, and any pay-as-you-go credits remain usable.
