This policy explains how billing, credits, and refunds work for the Regulave Service, operated by Mish Bioscience Pty Ltd trading as Regulave. Read it together with our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under laws that cannot be excluded (see section 6).
1. Pricing and currency
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and are shown on our pricing page. Applicable taxes (such as GST or VAT) will be added at checkout where required.
2. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as stated at checkout) and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access and any included benefits until the end of the current paid period.
- We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods after a renewal has been charged, except where required by law (see section 6) or where we choose to at our discretion.
3. Credits
- Credits included with a subscription are allocated for each billing period and do not roll over to the next period.
- Pay-as-you-go credit packs you purchase are made available immediately, remain valid for 6 months from your most recent purchase, and are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law or where a clear billing error has occurred.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred between accounts.
4. Free trial credits
Trial credits let you evaluate the Service. They have no cash value, are non-refundable, and may expire or be removed when a trial ends or a plan changes.
5. Billing errors, duplicate charges, and failed actions
- If you are charged in error, charged twice, or believe an action did not complete but a credit was consumed, contact support@regulave.com and we will investigate. Where we confirm a genuine error, we will correct it — by restoring credits or issuing a refund as appropriate.
- Credits are intended to be consumed only when an action completes successfully. If a scan or audit fails for a technical reason on our side, you will not be charged for it, and we will restore any credit incorrectly consumed.
6. Your statutory rights (these come first)
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights you have under applicable law, including:
- Australian Consumer Law — our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded; if there is a major failure you may be entitled to a refund or other remedy.
- EU/UK consumer rights — consumers in the EU/UK may have a statutory right to cancel certain purchases within a cooling-off period. Where you ask us to begin providing a digital service immediately and acknowledge at checkout that doing so may end your right to cancel once the service is fully performed, the cooling-off right is limited accordingly.
Where the law gives you a remedy, that remedy applies regardless of the general statements above.
7. How to request a refund
Email support@regulave.com with your account email and details of the charge. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
8. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a chargeback. Where a chargeback is raised without first contacting us, we may suspend the account pending investigation.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. Changes do not affect a charge already made.
